the ability to push thru pain is something i'm obviously still working on and today's first section of swings and burpees was definitely good practice.

still working the clean. very inconsistent. this was my second time doing this set of work and i was considerably slower this time around. not the best day i've ever had but i think it's important to document the failures right along with the successes.
